La place financière suisse a décidé d’harmoniser d’ici à fin 2020 les paiements par virements, par prélèvements et par bulletins de versement. En effet, le système de virement en Suisse sera totalement réorganisé et remplacé par un seul et unique moyen de paiement, la QR-Facture.
Quels sont les changements notables?
Pour le consommateur : Cette nouvelle forme de paiement entraînera très peu de changement. Il recevra simplement une QR-Facture en lieu et place des anciens BV et BVR. Il devra scanner le QR-code de la facture via son Net-Banking ou le transmettre à son institut financier.
Pour les entreprises : Le changement sera un peu plus conséquent. En effet, les entreprises devront adapter leurs logiciels de trafic de paiements à la norme ISO 20022. Celle qui utilisent des logiciels standardisés pour la comptabilité, la facturation, le trafic des paiements, etc. devront prendre contact directement avec leur partenaire informatique afin de se renseigner quant à la planification d’introduction.
Le processus de migration a commencé au niveau des établissements financiers, partout en Suisse. Cette nouvelle norme sera introduite dès 2019.
